Training Visas

This visa is for up to 2 years and it allows employers to train staff through a personalized training plan both at workplace training and work activities depending on the circumstances, experience and education of the candidate. 1. Labour Agreements

These agreements help employers hire skilled people that do not quite meet the criteria for the 482 or 186 visas. These agreements are directly negotiated with the government to make concessions on English ability, occupation, remuneration amongst other factors. It’s a more complex process, but possible.
