From an early age Jorge Enrique has been on the move, he first moved from Bogotá DC to Chicago where he graduated from High School. He moved to Germany, where he studied Political Science at the Free University in Berlin. He then moved to Australia where he obtained a B.A. in International Studies with Distinction from RMIT University and a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) from Monash University combined with a Juris Doctor in Washington DC from American University - Washington College of Law. He gained his admission to practice law from the Supreme Court of New South Wales in Australia. Jorge Enrique completed both the Diploma in Legal Practice and the Graduate Certificate in Immigration Law and Practice at the Australian National University in Canberra and a Certificate from American University in US Immigration Law. Jorge Enrique is also a Registered Migration Agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority in Australia (OMARA), Member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) and a Member of the NSW Law Society.   

Jorge Enrique has worked in the migration field starting from his own personal immigration experience and while working for the Counter-Trafficking Department of the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) in Bogotá and at Oxfam Australia in Melbourne. His experience goes as far as USA, Australian and Colombian immigration law, advising corporate and individual clients about foreign investment, real estate, commercial, family, labour and civil matters. 

Jorge Enrique is a dual citizen of Colombia and Australia and he is fluent in English, Spanish, German and Italian.
